1. What are the shipping charges and time frame?
All items shipped
within Malaysia are FREE of charge. For all international shipments (outside
of Malaysia), we charge a standard shipping rate. The shipping rates also
have a built in progressive discount structure that is automatically calculated
based on your total order value. Basically, the more you buy, the lower your
shipping cost is.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, so
long as your cancellation reaches us by 10.00 am the day after you place
your order. All cancellations must be accompanied with a written and
authorized letter by fax. All e-mails and phone call will not be
entertained.

kind of Payment
Methods do you accept?
Customers
have two methods of paying. You can either pay online with a Credit card
(Visa/Mastercard) or alternatively, we also accept Bank Drafts or Check
made out to: e-globalfocus Sdn. Bhd. As
for Direct Bank in information

4. How am I
protected from credit card fraud?
We ensure that
shopping at our site is safe for our customers. We respect our customer's
privacy at all times and we do not give out our customer's details to anyone.
For all online transactions, we use SSL security which is recognized as the
industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. This encrypts all your
personal details, including credit card number, name and address, so that
the information cannot be observed as it is sent across the Internet.
5. Is
there an invoice?
If you are ordering online, please print out a copy of the Order Confirmation
page as an official invoice. If however, you require an Invoice kindly let
us know and you will be faxed an order confirmation invoice by our customer
service department.
6.
How many characters allow for Text Engraving?
We offer Text engraving on most of the selected items using Advanced Laser Technology.
The maximum characters to be engrave are subject to the space availability
on the engravable surface. The default font type will be used are Arial, Italic
and Times New Roman. Font size from 8 to 14. Please allow minimum 2 days additional
when order text engraving.
Charges for
engraving : Minimum USD 3 for first 20 characters ( Inclusive of space),
additional USD 2 for each block of 10 characters.
