Against the conventional method of using glue, nails or rivets to hold wood pieces together or to decorate wood pieces with pewter, hot molden pewter were allowed to travel through and fill all passages carefully created in the wooden body. When left to cool, sclodofiled pewter would hold all wooden parts firmly, permanently and aesthetically.

Return Policy

When you purchase any product from us you are entitled to its manufacturer’s warranty against defective merchandise. Several of our major manufacturers’ policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own policies. If applicable these manufacturer warranties will be stated in the details page of these products 

Defective Returns: If your product is not functioning properly or found to be defective, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. This only applies to tangible and non-perishable products and pending inspection by our Returns Department. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, and other accessories and documentation included and must be accompanied with a valid RA (Return Authorization) number which is to be provided by us before hand

Other than the above, all other refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management and will be judged on a case by case basis

Shipping

At the present point of time we can only ship domestically. Shipping rates depend on the product type that your are purchasing. The shipping cost for most items are calculated at checkout time. However, certain products like services do not have any shipping cost. Delivery times  are usually within 7-10 business days for tangible products. Delivery time for service related  items will be will depend on the service being requested for.  

Order Acceptance Policy 

Your order confirmation is not a contract, it is a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. Once you placed your order, SurfPewter.com. will decide whether or not to fulfill the order, and SurfPewter.com. may refuse to fill an order for any reasons. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional identification information in certain events. Failure to produce the said documents will void the order.

Product Pricing and Availability

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without any notice. Any typographical or photographic errors in the product specifications or errors in the pricing or offers is subject to correction. If a product is not currently available due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons, we will keep you posted on the next delivery date.

We reserve the right to cancel an order even if payment for your order has been received. A full refund will be made in the event of any cancelled order.

Typographical Errors 

In the event a product is incorrectly priced or if there are errors in the specifications, whether due to typographical errors, or errors on the part of our vendors, SurfPewter.com.  reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products. If the customer chose to pay by cheque/bank-draft, e-globalfocus Sdn Bhd. shall immediately cancel the order and the customer will be notified either by email or by phone regarding the cancellation.
